Natural Gynecology is a movement to rescue ancient knowledge, ancient feminine knowledge. It is not a specialty of traditional medicine, this movement was born in the Andean countries (Chile, Uruguay and Argentina) and Mexico and is intrinsically related to the Sacred Feminine.

It is a rescue of the vision of how women looked at each other, related to their bodies and managed their health. In this perspective of women's health, it is privileged to know and hide their own body, through the analysis of their menstrual cycles, body, emotional and mental response during these phases and self-care practices. It refers to looking at itself.

In this therapeutic approach, the woman is seen as being integral, so the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects are taken into account, enabling diagnostics and holistic treatments. This method works in partnership with phytotherapy, as well as, it can also operate in combination with aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurvedic Medicine, among others. However, do not disregard allopathy, which is the last resort of treatment.

Natural Gynecology aims to encourage autonomy and the freedom to experience the feminine in its potential and integrality. It is an instrumental way of self-knowledge, through body awareness and self-perception. In this journey, the woman reconnects with nature, with the feminine, strengthens her self-esteem, her self-love, her self-confidence and assumes responsibility for all decisions made about her body.
